Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Zalora Philippines, a leading online fashion retailer, is looking for a proactive and independent Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle difficult customer interactions. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary. 6. Provide product recommendations and styling advice to customers based on their preferences. 7. Actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills. 8. Collaborate with the team to set and achieve performance goals and targets. 9. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is required. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy in customer interactions. 4. Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure. 5. Proven ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems.
