Job Description:
ChatGenie, a leading online chat service provider based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Web Chat Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, the Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our online chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service and user experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online web chat platform - Train, coach, and mentor a team of chat operators to provide excellent customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the chat platform - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and drive customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience as an Online Web Chat Manager or similar role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proficiency in chat platform management software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Certification in chat platform management is a plus
