Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
