Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

SariSuki is seeking a motivated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner through online chat platforms - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and driven attitude - Adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Proficiency in using online chat software and customer service platforms
