Operations Manager (Financial Collections Background Required)

• Must have Banking and Finance Experience - Collections
• Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the BPO industry
• Must have at least 6 years as Supervisory experience
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
