Product Owner for MCT

Vault Cloud is excited to offer a 10-month opportunity for a Product Owner for Mission Critical Tools (MCT) to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of cloud computing by leveraging open-source technologies and our state-of-the-art OpenStack cloud platform. You'll lead the charge in developing cutting-edge products that safeguard critical and sensitive data, utilising modern tools and methodologies such as agile development, design thinking, and DevOps. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of technology innovation, contributing to open-source projects, and driving the development of customer-centric solutions in a collaborative, agile organisation.

You will be responsible for:

• Define product goals and create a well-defined backlog working with your product team.
• Developing comprehensive plans for product delivery across multiple releases.
• Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
• Ensuring development aligns with frameworks and meets requirements.
• Monitoring product quality and incorporating customer feedback into testing strategies.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:

• Sound project and product delivery experience in areas such as OpenStack, SIEM and logging systems, SDLC, IaC, identity management, and virtual desktop builds.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in agile environments.
• Influence and lead a technical cross-functional team.
• Experience managing a variety of stakeholders at varying levels
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving.
