Job Description - Service Desk Operations Associate At Optical Distributor

We are looking for a passionate Service Desk Operations Associate to work for clients office in Makati City Philippines. For this job we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

About the OTA Client

  • Over 30 years of optical industry experience in distribution of the worlds most prestigious eyewear and eye care brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk Support: Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Regularly provide weekly Incident management report to keep track of issues for escalation and resolution.
  • Service Request Management: Receive prioritize and manage service requests from endusers ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Service Desk Support: Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and streamlining of IT service delivery. Proactively propose and implement enhancements to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Files the necessary Purchase Requisition in accordance with the requirements of the company including but not limited to new store openings tech refresh hardware and software upgrades and the like. Manage the enrollment and cancellation of POS permit registration for stores.
  • Asset Management (Digital and nondigital): Responsible for overseeing the procurement tracking and disposal of hardware software and other IT equipment. Ensures that the IT assets are properly documented dispense and dispose.
  • Administrative: Assists in the operations and project activities such as but not limited to new store openings requirements training and events with technical and software requirements implementation of application usage etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organized and proficient in documentation.
  • Proficient is using MS productivity Tools (Word Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
