Hiring: Part-Time Setter/Closer - Remote - $3.6k-12k/yr

Mission of Setter/Closer:

As a Setter/Closer, your primary mission is to engage with leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately close high-ticket sales for our client's holistic health and business coaching programs. Using persuasive communication skills and a deep understanding of our client's brand voice, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into valuable customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Remote High-Ticket Sales Management: 
    • Conduct the end-to-end sales process for high-ticket health coaching and business coaching programs.
  • Setting and Closing Deals: 
    • Engage leads effectively through messages, comments, and calls to convert them into paying clients.
    • Emulate the client's brand voice and maintain a compassionate, approachable demeanor while engaging with leads.
  • Lead Management: 
    • Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities within the leads pool.
    • Qualify leads to ensure their suitability for the coaching programs and identify any potential red flags.
    • Track leads, follow up via direct messages, and efficiently close deals while maintaining high-quality communication.
  • Social Media Engagement: 
    • Monitor and engage with social media comments, direct leads to DMs, and manage manual link sharing if automation is not feasible.

Specifics:

  • Time 
    • Part-time - could lead to full-time
    • PST US time zone
      • You will have to work during the clients' work hours.
    • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere

  • Compensation
    • $3.6k-12k /year
    • $3.6k-$6k fixed rate + 10% commission structure for every closed sale
      • There's no limit to how much you can earn with this commission structure. The more sales you close, the more you earn.
      • Potential to earn over $12k annually

Expectations for Performance:

Here's an outline of what you can expect in your first 30 days on the job as a Setter/Closer:

First 30 days:

  • Maintain daily communication through Slack, with weekly 1-on-1 meetings as needed for your onboarding.
  • Weekly meetings will be scheduled to review leads, conversions, and challenges, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

Throughout your first 30 days, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to ensure your success in our dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on your seamless integration and contribution to our global recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong, fluent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven experience as a Setter/Closer or any similar role.
  • Previous experience in remote high-ticket sales environments, ideally in holistic healthcare or business coaching industries.
