Job Description:
Balikbayad is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling. 2. Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement support policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze support metrics and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide resolution as needed. 7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team. 8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of support staff and provide feedback and coaching as necessary. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results.
