Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Robinsons Land Corporation is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support staff to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall support processes and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Provide training and coaching to support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven leadership and team management experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
