Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Cloudstaff is looking for a motivated and energetic Support Manager to work from home in Pasig, Philippines. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support agents, ensuring that client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to your team to ensure they are equipped to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Monitor and analyze support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement and maintain support processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Develop and maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators to measure team performance - Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, feedback, and training opportunities - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer support or service role - Proven track record of managing and leading a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
