Job Description:
Flowerstore.ph is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers. This role requires a confident and motivated individual who excels in problem-solving and adaptability.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Assist with order processing and tracking as needed - Provide support to the sales team as required - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Confidence in handling challenging customer situations - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
