Job Description:
Coins.ph is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Officer in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are confident, independent, and possess strong time management and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our platform - Update customer account information and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in identifying trends or common issues to improve processes and procedures - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Adhere to company guidelines and policies when resolving customer concerns - Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and optimize the support process
Requirements: - No prior experience required - Confident and independent with the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
