Remote Support Representative

HealthNow is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to our customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively - Troubleshoot software and hardware problems - Document and track customer issues and resolutions - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Continuously assess and improve support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Proven experience in a remote support role - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions for customer issues - Reliable and motivated to provide exceptional customer service
