Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Representative to join our team at ZipMatch in Manila, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are energetic, motivated, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, or chat to address any inquiries or technical issues they may have. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team for advanced troubleshooting. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Assist in testing new software updates and features to ensure smooth implementation for customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Analytical mindset to identify and solve customer issues efficiently. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
