Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an entry-level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor - Confident and independent work ethic - Ability to think critically and strategically - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software - High school diploma or equivalent
