Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Support Specialist to join our team at ZipMatch in Taguig, NCR. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers in navigating our platform and using our services effectively - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and dependable in meeting deadlines and commitments
