Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Petron Corporation in Davao City is seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Specialist to join our team. As an entry-level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing efficient and timely support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on finding solutions that meet both customer and company needs. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on unresolved customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest improvements to products or services. 6. Assist in the development of customer support resources such as FAQ guides and troubleshooting tutorials. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think critically in problem-solving situations. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
