Job Description - Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Remote Support Specialist at Lazada Philippines, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient solutions. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved - Stay up to date on new products and technologies - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role - Hardworking and driven individual - Strong analytical skills - Excellent persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
