Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This full-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and assisting with troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to customers. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Meet or exceed set performance metrics for customer satisfaction and issue resolution. 6. Continuously improve and update support processes to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Strong independent work ethic and ability to work effectively from home. 2. Driven to excel in a fast-paced customer support environment. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Technical proficiency with basic troubleshooting skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
