Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Australian market.
• Introduce our IT services and solutions to prospects, based on the script provided
• Understand client needs and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
   
• Fluency in English speaking
• Persuasion abilities to convince potential clients about our services.
• Familiarity with IT terminology and solutions.
