Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues - Provide information about Cebu Pacific Air's services, policies, and promotions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively - Decisive decision-making skills to handle various customer situations - Proficiency in using web chat systems and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
