Web Chat Associate

Job description: We are looking for a driven and dedicated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Wilcon Depot in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and address any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and facilitate product returns or exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with excellent teamwork skills - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment - Knowledge of basic computer applications and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
