Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate at Monde Nissin. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will interact with customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms - Address customer concerns and provide solutions to problems - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Strong analysis skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
