Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with order placement and tracking - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience through chat support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills and ability to work well in a team - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
