Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Chat Manager to join our team at Wilcon Depot in Manila, NCR, PH. As the Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the web chat operations of our company. You will manage a team of web chat agents, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient communication with our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency of web chat operations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 5 years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Resourceful and able to work independently - Experience with web chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
