Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a seamless web chat experience for customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the web chat operation. - Provide training and mentorship to web chat agents to help them grow and develop their skills. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Confident and adaptable personality traits. - Excellent attention to detail and planning skills. - Proficient with web chat platforms and software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
