Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Plentina. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat operations remotely from our office in Makati, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure prompt and effective communication with customers - Monitor chat conversations to maintain quality standards and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Independent and adaptable with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Proficiency in chat software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
