Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team at San Miguel Brewery Inc. in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of our web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat communication. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chatbot technologies and other innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor chat agents on best practices for effective communication and problem-solving. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong independent work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving in a customer service setting. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. 5. Experience with chatbot technologies and other CRM tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
