Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at 1Export. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online chat platform, ensuring smooth communication between customers and our team.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of chat agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Monitor chat traffic and adjust staffing levels as needed - Train and onboard new chat agents - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technological advancements in online chat platforms

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Driven and reliable personality traits - Proficiency in project management and presentation skills - Experience with various chat platforms and CRM systems - Proven track record of successfully managing a web chat team
