Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This position will be a remote work-from-home opportunity, based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service delivery - Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of the web chat team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat services with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve our processes and offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Proven track record of managing and coaching teams to achieve performance targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and related tools - Hardworking and resourceful with excellent time management and critical thinking skills
