Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, independent, and have a passion for sustainable agriculture and urban farming.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services through our web chat platform - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to promote special offers, new products, and upcoming events - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills and typing speed - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure - Time management skills and the ability to work independently - Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and strategies - High school diploma or equivalent
