Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time customer support through online chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time chat conversations to provide accurate and timely responses to queries. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote sales. 6. Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements: 1. Associate Level seniority with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Independent and hardworking personality traits with strong interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent planning and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems. 5. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Familiarity with fashion and beauty industry trends is a plus.
