Web Chat Specialist

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
