Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level role, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries via chat and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Conduct research to address customer inquiries effectively

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Experience in a customer service role is a plus
