Job Title: Sales Officer for Payroll Software
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing, area saturation, events, social media, etc.
- Responsible for initial presentation/demo of the product
- Should establish a relationship with the client
- Market the company’s products and services in a way that is professional and positive
- Must be accommodating, well-spoken, and have an eagerness to close sales and increase revenue
- Ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry
- Perform effective remote/online demos to clients, if necessary
- Can do fieldwork and can present to the clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated with BS Human Resource Management, Business Management Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
- Experience in selling payroll software is an advantage
- Agile, able to multi-task, and has great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- With sales experience is preferred
- Can do fieldwork
