Job Description - Service Center Controller or Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESETATIVE
  • Helps customers with complaints and questions
  • Gives customer information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
  • Prepares Debit Notes or billing for Service Calls
  • Ensures that Work Sheet Debit Notes for the month are submitted to Finance Department
  • Ensures that Billing attachments are accurate and complete
  • Ensures all billings are processed timely and in accordance to the
  • Maintains and organizes files that are relevant and necessary for client servicing such as Service Reports, Delivery Notes, Pull-Out Forms and Checklist of PM Reports
  • Endorses to Service Center Supervisor all details as reference for the preparation of quotations
