Job Description - Service Center Controller or Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESETATIVE
Helps customers with complaints and questions
Gives customer information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Prepares Debit Notes or billing for Service Calls
Ensures that Work Sheet Debit Notes for the month are submitted to Finance Department
Ensures that Billing attachments are accurate and complete
Ensures all billings are processed timely and in accordance to the
Maintains and organizes files that are relevant and necessary for client servicing such as Service Reports, Delivery Notes, Pull-Out Forms and Checklist of PM Reports
Endorses to Service Center Supervisor all details as reference for the preparation of quotations
