Company Profile: This is an international company that provides support for its clients through customer service and other services. They have been operating in the country since 2005. Position: Spanish Help Desk Specialist

Location: Subic Bay, Zambales
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting (Mon-Fri | Weekend Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Spanish and English languages
Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
Open for undergraduates
Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
Customer service experience is an advantage Responsibilities:
Respond to emails or calls from clients who speak Spanish, both inbound and outbound.
Identify and assess customer issues to deliver satisfactory customer service.
Responsible for maintaining and updating records on consumer interactions
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
Do other related tasks needed
