Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in a remote work setting based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and customers. You will work closely with the Support team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and provide accurate information. 5. Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of customer service at all times. 6. Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. High level of emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
