Support Representative - Remote Work

Job description:

GMA Network Inc. is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Representative to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Documenting customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system - Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and a confident attitude - Excellent research skills and the ability to think innovatively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and other customer support tools - Knowledge of the media industry is a plus - Remote work experience is preferred
