Shopee Philippines is seeking a driven and resourceful Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position based in Pasig, NCR, PH with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order status, and issue resolution - Handle escalated issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Proven experience in a customer support role - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve effectively - Proficiency in using support software and technology tools - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Bachelor's degree preferred
