Telecommunication CSR

A Telecommunication Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a specialist who assists customers with their inquiries, technical issues, and service requests in the telecommunications industry. They serve as the frontline support, addressing concerns related to mobile, landline, internet, or other telecommunication services. Telecommunication CSRs possess excellent communication skills, patience, and technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems, guide customers through service features, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to provide prompt and effective solutions while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Salary package ranges from Php14K – Php18K Qualifications

• At least HS/SHS grad
• With or without BPO experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Candidates must be willing to work with us on site
• No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 days
• Not a former Teleperformance employee
• Not currently enrolled or employed
• Computer literate and good web navigation skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Available to start ASAP
