Telecommunication CSR /Customer Service Representative

As a Telecommunication Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient and effective communication both internally within the company and externally with our clients and partners. Minimum Qualifications

• At least HS/SHS Graduate
• With/without BPO experience
• Good communication skills
• Candidate must be willing to work with us on site
• No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 days
• Not a currently enrolled or employed
• Computer literate and good web navigation skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Available to start ASAP
