As a Transactional Officer for Home Care & CHSP , you will be responsible for managing home mailboxes, handling weekly ETLs (including precheck and reconciliation), processing fortnightly direct debits, and conducting checks for new clients.

Here’s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM

Work Setup: Onsite during probationary period, Hybrid upon regularization (Ortigas)

What do you need to succeed?  

• 1 – 3 years of accounts payable or admin accounting
  
• Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  
• Familiarity with Excel.
  
• Experience with production workflow, and an intimate knowledge of the process from customer order entry to customer invoicing.
  
• Experience working with ecommerce channels.

• Clients Updates: Addresses, Emails, Phone Numbers, Etc
  
• Journals: ITS/BDF, Mgmt Fees PPE, Shifts, Etc
  
• Quarterly ITF Letters Reconciliation
  
• Package Level Upgrade Checks
  
• Separated Clients
  
• Client Queries
  
• AP Invoice Processing
  
• As well as assist the greater AR & AP team/s
