  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma on any course.
  • Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service Oriented.

What You’ll be Doing  

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you’ll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll  

Answer incoming communications from customers 

Connect and resolve issues with customers using voice or non-voice platforms 

What You Bring to the Role  

Completed 2nd year in college or equivalent 

2 years or more call center experience 

Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM) 

Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling

Previous experience in handling complex or escalated customer issues 

Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations
