Virtual Assistant / SDR

Position: Virtual Assistant/SDR

Work Hours: Flexible from Monday to Friday with few hours of overlap following CEST (in the morning)

Pay Range: $1,250 to $1,500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company/Client Overview:

The company is a B2B visitor identification platform. Serving B2B marketing and sales teams around the world with a particular focus on SaaS, IT, Marketing Agencies, and Finance.

The business is growing fast, profitable, and bootstrapped in a market mostly filled with larger companies. The fact that we are gaining market share and doing it under our own steam is a real point of pride for us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• communications & processes
• email inbox management and support chats
• replying to emails, and categorizing them
• writing down processes in Notion
• converting instructional videos into guides / internal process documentation
• other ad-hoc related tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Notion or similar platform experience
• Familiarity with Intercom is beneficial
• HubSpot experience is highly preferred
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Experience in SDR / sales writing is preferred
• excellent communication skills in English
• willing to be flexible
