Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is currently seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a fulltime, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, driven, have strong time management skills, and possess excellent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times - Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with web chat platforms - Availability to work fulltime hours remotely - Must be resilient, driven, have excellent time management skills and strong decision-making abilities
