Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Quezon City, NCR, is seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our website visitors through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with their real estate needs.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors via live chat to provide information on properties, real estate services, and company policies. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with navigating the website, searching for properties, and setting up appointments. 4. Utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations. 5. Make decisions on how best to support customers and resolve issues effectively. 6. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Hardworking and resourceful with a strong desire to help customers and solve problems. 3. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to provide effective support. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using chat software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
