We are currently in need of an ACCOUNTING STAFF/CASHIER with the following qualifications:

• College degree in business administration major in accountancy.
• With or without experience.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for the preparation and safekeeping of financial statements and accounting records of the institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Chief Accountant in the preparation of the institution's financial

statements.

2. Keeps and maintains accounting ledgers and other books of accounts.

3. Prepares and computes tax payments of employees and the institution.

4. Determines employee benefits and obligation and payments to various government

entities including SSS payments, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, etc.

5. Ensures that the institution's assets are identified and safely protected.

6. Prepares payments for insurance companies regarding insurance coverage and

payments.

7. Performs a variety of duties related to keeping accounts and records.

8. Posts payments of students.

9. Assesses tuition and other fees.

10. Issues examination permits and clearances.

11. Records all financial transactions with students
