Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise current and non-current payables.
• Reviews and approves payment requests for goods and services, ensure that the company's financial obligations are met efficiently.
• Reviews weekly and monthly payables aging to support financial planning by forecasting expected disbursement.
• Carries out a possible loan application to various bank institutions.
• Leads the payables month-end closing, and oversees the monthly reconciliation.
• Builds relationships with vendors.
• Oversees the billing recording and collecting of payments from clients or customers.
• Sets weekly and monthly receivables aging to support financial planning by forecasting expected cash flow.
• Develops and improves strategic plans on how to collect effectively, provide quality customer service, resolve problems and continuously improve the process.
• Oversees the client accounts billing and collections are up-to-date, communicate with client for non-payment or delayed payments are resolve conflicts.
• Communicates with legal for overdue accounts.
• Leads the receivables month-end closing, oversees the monthly reconciliation.
• Maintains relationship with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
